عن الوظيفة

Hi, I need a schematic and PCB design for my college project, an Automatic Soap Dispenser with Low Soap Level Detection. I am using: - Arduino Nano V3.0 (ATmega328P) - TTP223 capacitive touch sensor - XKC-Y25-V non-contact liquid-level sensor - Kamoer KPHM100-HB peristaltic pump — 12 V, 0.5 A - LED for low-soap indication - Pump driver circuit Operation: When the TTP223 is touched, the Arduino Nano should activate the 12 V peristaltic pump for a programmed amount of time and then stop it. The XKC-Y25-V will be mounted outside the soap container at the low-level point. When the soap becomes low, the Arduino should turn on an LED. The Arduino must not drive the pump directly. Please include a suitable transistor/MOSFET pump-driver circuit and flyback protection. The pump uses 12 V, while the Arduino Nano and sensors require their appropriate lower-voltage supply, so please include a proper power section and common ground. Please provide: - Complete circuit schematic - PCB layout - Component values and part numbers - Clearly labelled connectors for TTP223, XKC-Y25-V, pump, LED and power - Arduino Nano footprint/header connections - Gerber files for PCB manufacturing - BOM (Bill of Materials) - Source/design files so I can open and explain the design Please keep the circuit simple because this is a college project and I need to understand and explain how every part works.
