International Sales Reps for Digital Marketing | Commission-Based

About the Project Komp is a digital marketing agency specializing in content distribution and short-form video campaigns for social media. We help content creators, entrepreneurs, podcasters, personal brands, and businesses expand their reach and visibility through short-form video distribution strategies. We are expanding internationally and are looking for proactive, results-oriented independent sales representatives to acquire new clients in different markets.

Requirements

Be a native speaker or have advanced proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Italian, or French. - Have strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Have experience or an interest in sales, business development, lead generation, or digital marketing. - Be able to identify potential clients, reach out to them, and develop business relationships independently. - Knowledge of social media, content creators, podcasts, or digital marketing will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients. - Present Komp's services and explain the benefits of our short-form video distribution campaigns. - Generate qualified business opportunities and schedule meetings with potential clients.

Compensation

Commission-based compensation only, with no fixed salary. The representative will receive a 20% commission on the campaign management fee for each short-form video campaign successfully sold and contracted, subject to the agreed commercial terms. The commission will be calculated on the campaign management fee, not on the total contract value or the budget allocated to video distribution. Payment terms and the criteria for earning commissions will be defined in advance. This opportunity is suitable for independent sales professionals who want to build an international client portfolio and increase their earnings based on their results.
