Repair an existing UK Property Letting Agency website

The Current Site (www.aberdeenlettings.co.uk) has been cloned from another website and whilst functional needs some work to remove errors and get all areas functional (menus working, google map added / links resolved, Property Hive plugin for listing of properties, testimonials able to be edited and changed). The colours and graphics are there along with most of the content. I am open to starting with a fresh structure if that is easier.
