Software BDR for Asian Market

I run Somtech, a growing tech firm, and I’m ready to ramp up new business. The primary industry focus, as simple as it sounds, is getting clients for us. I’m looking for a driven Business Development Representative who already knows the rhythm of software sales and can translate that know-how into real traction across Asia. You’ll own the full outbound cycle — prospecting, qualifying, nurturing, and shepherding opportunities until my solutions team can close. Your day-to-day will involve cold and warm outreach, LinkedIn networking, email sequences, and the steady upkeep of a clean CRM so we both have complete pipeline visibility. Because Somtech’s core product line is software, past success in software sales is non-negotiable. If you’ve broken into APAC markets before, all the better; cultural awareness, time-zone alignment, and multilingual communication will make you stand out. Deliverables I care about: • A weekly report of new prospects added, meetings set, and pipeline value created. • Clear notes in the CRM so each hand-off to my solutions team is seamless. • A short end-of-month learnings recap so we continually refine our outreach.

Compensation

This role includes a fixed monthly salary tied to performance, along with a commission on every project you successfully bring to Somtech. The monthly compensation will be applicable based on agreed-upon business development targets, including bringing in a defined number or value of projects within the agreed period. As you consistently generate business, you’ll have the opportunity to earn both a stable monthly income and additional project-based commissions.
