Job Title: Shopify Expert Needed — Fashion D2C Website + Mobile App (500+ SKUs, India-Focused) Project Overview: We're building the digital presence for COASTA, an Indian D2C bikini/swimwear brand — a Shopify website and a companion mobile shopping app (iOS + Android), both connected to the same product catalog and backend. We need an experienced Shopify developer/agency (or a website + app team working together) who has shipped Indian D2C fashion stores and apps before, and understands why a 500+ SKU fashion catalog needs proper filtering, size-guide UX, and inventory structure from day one — on both web and mobile. Part 1: Shopify Website — Scope of Work Shopify theme selection/customization (premium theme or custom build) matching our brand identity (navy/cream/coastal aesthetic — brand assets will be shared) Store architecture for 500+ SKUs: collections, tags, metafields, size/colour variant structure Mobile-first, fast-loading design Product filtering/search for a large catalog (size, colour, price, category) Size chart / fit-guide implementation across all product types Payment gateway integration: Razorpay (UPI, cards, EMI, wallets) COD setup with OTP/WhatsApp order verification to reduce fake orders and RTO GST-compliant invoicing (CGST/SGST/IGST split, HSN codes) Shipping integration: Shiprocket or Delhivery, with pincode serviceability checker WhatsApp integration for order updates, abandoned cart recovery, and support Reviews app setup (photo/video reviews) Returns/exchange flow SEO fundamentals: meta structure, schema markup, image optimization, Search Console setup Meta/Google/TikTok pixel + Conversions API (server-side tracking) setup Basic email/SMS marketing flow setup (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) Bulk product upload/import for 500+ SKUs QA across devices and browsers before launch Part 2: Mobile App — Scope of Work Native or hybrid shopping app for iOS and Android, connected to the same Shopify product catalog, inventory, and orders (via Shopify Storefront/Admin API, or a proven app-builder platform such as Tapcart, Shopney, or Vajro — open to your recommendation) Full product browsing, filtering, and search matching the website experience Cart, checkout, and payment (Razorpay/UPI) integration Push notifications for cart recovery, order updates, and promotions Wishlist / save-for-later functionality User account sync with the website (shared login, order history, addresses) App store optimization basics and submission to Apple App Store and Google Play Basic analytics/tracking integration (Meta, Google) inside the app Must-Have Experience: Proven track record building Shopify stores for Indian D2C fashion/apparel brands (share 2–3 relevant links) Experience building or integrating mobile shopping apps connected to Shopify (native build or app-builder platforms) Experience with large catalogs (300+ SKUs minimum) Hands-on experience with Razorpay, Shiprocket/Delhivery, GST invoicing apps, and WhatsApp commerce tools App Store / Play Store submission experience Deliverables: Fully functional, launch-ready Shopify website Fully functional iOS + Android app, submitted and live on both stores All apps/integrations configured and tested on both platforms Product catalog uploaded (we will supply data/images in structured format) Documentation of the full tech stack and admin/app access handover 2 weeks of post-launch support for bug fixes on both website and app Budget: [Add your budget range — consider website and app as separate line items even if quoted by the same team] Timeline: [Add your target launch dates — website and app can have different milestones] To Apply, Please Share: Links to 2–3 Shopify stores you've built for Indian D2C/fashion brands Links to any mobile shopping apps you've built or connected to Shopify Your experience with Razorpay, Shiprocket/Delhivery, and GST invoicing apps Whether you (or your team) can deliver both the website and the app, or only one Estimated timeline and cost breakdown, ideally split by website vs. app Availability to start
