Startup 5-Year Financial Projections

I’m finalising my startup’s business plan and need a solid set of five-year financial projections that will stand up to investor due-diligence. Your task is to turn my core assumptions into a dynamic model—preferably in Excel or Google Sheets—with separate input tabs for pricing, volumes, staffing, cost of goods, and funding rounds. From those inputs, the workbook should automatically generate complete profit-and-loss statements, cash-flow forecasts, and balance sheets. Please include break-even analysis, sensitivity tables, NPV/IRR calculations, and polished charts that can drop straight into a pitch deck. Everything must reconcile, use transparent formulas (no hidden sheets or hard-coding), and allow me to change any input without breaking links elsewhere. Deliverables • Editable spreadsheet model covering 5 full years, month-by-month in Year 1, annual thereafter • Dashboard-style summary with key ratios and investor-ready visuals • Short walkthrough (video or annotated notes) explaining structure and how to update inputs Acceptance criteria: the three statements tie together, inputs drive outputs cleanly, and I can stress-test scenarios in minutes.
