I am establishing a medical-testing department dedicated to pathology and need an experienced professional to guide the entire build-out. You would work with me to: • Design a floor plan that ensures clean separation of pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical zones while meeting ISO 15189 / CAP requirements. • Specify the full equipment list—microtomes, tissue processors, automated stainers, flow cytometers, haematology analysers, LIS integration points—along with justified brand or model options. • Draft standard operating procedures and a quality-management manual tailored to Histopathology, Cytopathology, and Clinical Pathology workflows. • Outline regulatory and biosafety compliance steps, including reagent handling, waste disposal, calibration, and validation schedules. • Propose a staffing matrix, training plan, and phased implementation timeline that will let us scale services without disrupting existing hospital operations. Deliverables will be the complete blueprint (PDF/CAD), procurement spreadsheet, SOP package, and a Gantt-style rollout plan.
