Freelance AI Video Creator and Medical Training Content Specialist We are looking for a skilled freelance AI Video Creator to develop short, engaging and easy-to-understand employee training videos based on medical processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and existing training materials. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using AI video generation tools, animation and video editing software to convert medical procedures and recorded training videos into clear, professional and visually engaging animated learning content. Key Responsibilities Create short animated training videos based on medical processes, SOPs, work instructions and training documents. Convert existing recorded videos into animated or AI-enhanced training videos while retaining the essential process steps and technical accuracy. Use AI tools to transform complex medical workflows into simple visual explanations, animated sequences and step-by-step demonstrations. Edit existing videos by improving visuals, adding animations, voice-overs, subtitles, labels and on-screen instructions. Develop content suitable for employee onboarding, refresher training, operational training and compliance awareness. Ensure consistency in branding, terminology and presentation across all training videos. Incorporate feedback and revise videos to meet the required quality standards. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in AI video creation, animation and professional video editing. Practical knowledge of AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen or similar platforms. Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Vyond, Animaker or equivalent animation software. Ability to convert existing footage, scripts, SOPs and presentations into animated learning content. Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to explain processes clearly through visuals. Good command of English, including subtitles, voice-overs and on-screen text. Experience creating medical, healthcare, technical or corporate training content will be an advantage. Expected Deliverables Short training videos, typically 1–5 minutes per topic. Animated versions of selected existing recorded training videos. AI-generated visuals, process demonstrations, subtitles and voice-overs as required. Editable project files and final videos in MP4 format. Content suitable for use in an employee Learning Management System (LMS), presentations and internal training platforms. Engagement Freelance, project-based engagement with potential for ongoing work. Remote working arrangement. Candidates based in India are preferred.
