I need a data-savvy partner to dive into our historical sales data and turn it into an accurate, usable forecasting model. The raw files are already cleaned and stored in CSV format; what I lack is the analytical muscle to translate those numbers into forward-looking insight. The core objective is simple: improve our sales forecasting accuracy so we can plan inventory and staffing with greater confidence.
