Experienced Precast Concrete Specialist Needed

I am a mechanical designer working on my own idea with a special floor made by custom precast concrete. I would like to have some expert on precast custom construction parts to test ideas with. I also would need to design the rebars, calculate load-carrying capacity, etc etc. I am on a very tight budget, and this may take a good amount of hours back and forth, so a low hourly fee is appreciated
