Your day-to-day will revolve around locating good fits, sparking a brief conversation, gathering a résumé plus key details, and handing the warm lead over to me so I can take it from there. You’ll thrive in this role if you already know your way around boolean strings, InMail, and clever search filters, and if you enjoy turning passive profiles into interested applicants through clear, friendly English outreach. Reliability and close attention to detail are critical because I rely on the accuracy of the information you collect before an interview is set.
