URC MX-780 Remote Reprogramming

I have a fully installed living-room system built around a Samsung Frame TV, a Marantz AVR, an Apple TV and a cable box, all driven by a URC MX-780. The original programmer is no longer available and I now need the remote cleaned up and streamlined so that my family can press one button for “Watch Apple TV” or “Watch Cable” and have everything power-on, switch inputs and shut down reliably. Your role is strictly software-side; I will handle all cabling, emitter placement and onsite button-press testing. If the old CCP file can be pulled from the remote, great—otherwise we will start fresh. I can supply high-resolution photos of every model label and of the current remotes, and I will be on a video call during testing so you can see real-time feedback. I am not sure whether a URC base station is in the rack, so the first step will be helping me identify if one is present and whether we should route commands IR or RF. Deliverables • Editable URC CCP project file (.ccp) with clearly named devices and activities • Macros for power-on/off, input switching, volume control and navigation for both activities • Any IR/RF routing or base-station programming required • Brief handover notes or a quick screen-share walkthrough so I can maintain the file in the future Please reply with a sentence or two on your prior MX-780/CCP experience, how soon you can start, a fixed price for the job, and your preferred method for remote support (TeamViewer, Zoom, etc.).
