Original Cartoon Redesign & Poses -- 2

I need an artist that can design original engaging cartoons according to my style. I am looking for a certain style of cartoon. I will give 3-4 merging ideas and am asking for an original cartoon, not like any already on the internet to eliminate plagiarism. You must be able to draw with imagination within my guidelines. You will need to be able to change the cartoon if it is not the right angle or does not suit my application. Adobe can be used; however, I need an artist who can create, not just do a copy and paste. I am creating three alphabet animated books for children and a set of readers for follow up sales. I am looking for an artist with the ability to see my vision. You must be able to converse and spell in English fluently as the Books are about reading English. I work in PowerPoint to create the story board. I will need transparent backgrounds for all files. The cartoons will need an open and shut mouths for animating. I also will need props for the story board, but I will less for the props as they have no expressions. Please send me samples of your work with cartooning so I can choose a suitable artist. I pay fixed price only.
