Structure Construction CSR Program

My construction firm is ready to move from ad-hoc donations to a well-defined Corporate Social Responsibility programme focused on three pillars: education & skills training (our first priority), health, and agriculture. I need a specialist who can translate our intent into a clear, actionable roadmap and open doors to credible projects and partners on the ground. What I expect you to do • Map opportunities nationwide (or regionally) across the three sectors, beginning with education initiatives that build technical and vocational skills. • Vet NGOs, social enterprises, and community organisations, drawing on your own network to shortlist those with transparent governance and proven impact. • Design a phased CSR strategy that lays out objectives, activities, budgets per pillar, compliance requirements, and measurable KPIs. • Provide an implementation timetable and monitoring framework so we can track outcomes and report them confidently to stakeholders. Please include a detailed project proposal that shows how you will approach research, partner engagement, and strategic planning. Illustrate any relevant connections you already have in education, healthcare, or agricultural development and highlight previous CSR structuring work if you have it. While we are not pressed for an immediate deadline, outline realistic milestones and the support you will need from our side. I look forward to building a long-term, high-impact programme together.
