Edit video-clips into one (15-Minute) Youtube Episode

I have already filmed a full batch of sweet, family-friendly video clips for a 15-minute YouTube episode. I need someone to put them in order to create one cohesive storyline/full episode to be published on a YouTube channel. I don’t need animations. Just a show intro and simple cuts and transitions into each scene or testimonial. I mainly need someone who can grasp the basic storyline/vision and put the video clips in order in a way that make sense (without a step-by-step or one by line instruction.) Would love a video editor who can dive in and get it done this week.
