Corporate Exhibition Motion-Graphic Films

I’m commissioning a series of six to eight short, visually rich films for an upcoming corporate exhibition. Each piece will rely on licensed stock footage, animated typography, smart transitions and refined motion-graphics so it can speak just as clearly with the sound off as it does on. Objective The content has a single, focused purpose: demonstrate our achievements, innovation and future plans in a way that reassures existing clients and business partners of our reliability and results. Scope & Style • Modern, polished look and pacing (think dynamic cuts, punchy but tasteful VFX). • Strong, brand-aligned typography that reads instantly from a distance. • Cohesive colour treatment guided by the brand guidelines I’ll supply. • Approx. 60–90 seconds each; final delivery in 4K MP4 + exhibition-ready looping file. What I need from you in your bid 1. Three relevant video links—please note your exact role on each. 2. Estimated turnaround for the first film and for the remaining batch. 3. A quote for one paid trial film, plus an indicative price for completing the full series. 4. Confirmation of whether your pricing covers the stock footage and music licences. Process I’ll share creative direction, messaging and all visual assets up front. We’ll start with the paid trial film; if execution matches the brief, I’ll issue a follow-on contract for the rest. Periodic review cuts (with burn-in timecode) and a single consolidated revision round will keep the workflow smooth.
