AI Trainer: Medical Research Models

I am assembling a small team of researchers and need an experienced AI trainer who can show us, step by step, how to design and refine machine-learning models that speak directly to medical research questions. Your role is to turn our raw clinical and laboratory data into reproducible ML pipelines, explaining the reasoning behind each decision so the group can repeat the process on future projects without outside help.
