Multi-Vendor Delivery App Development

I’m building a multi-vendor mobile app that lets customers browse and buy products from different local shops—very similar to the Blinkit experience, but for a wider range of store categories. At launch I need to support grocery and pharmacy outlets, fashion and beauty boutiques, and electronics & home-goods retailers, with the flexibility to onboard “any” other shop type later. Core flow • Users select a store, fill a cart, pay in-app, and track fulfillment in real time. • Orders are handed off to a trusted third-party delivery network, so the platform must expose driver APIs / webhooks and show live courier tracking to customers and shops alike. • Each merchant gets its own dashboard (web or in-app) to add products, manage stock, accept / reject orders, and view settlement reports. • I’ll need a master admin panel to oversee vendor approvals, commissions, promotions, and analytics. Tech expectations I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin + Swift if you prefer native stacks; just outline why your suggestion is best for scalability and rapid iteration. Firebase, AWS, or similar back-end services are fine, provided they deliver secure auth, push notifications, and real-time data sync. Acceptance criteria 1. Customer app (Android + iOS) published to stores, white-label ready. 2. Merchant portal with bulk CSV/product import, order alerts, and payout ledger. 3. Admin console with role-based access, category management, and commission rules. 4. Integrated third-party courier API with status webhooks and ETA tracking. 5. Clean, responsive UI that mirrors Blinkit-level polish, tested on common device sizes. 6. Source code, build instructions, and a short hand-over session on Zoom.
