Every week I compile a fresh stack of manual handwritten notes—order forms, brief survey cards, and quick numeric logs—that must be converted into a clean, digital format. The content is a true mix: names, addresses, short comments, product codes, quantities, and the occasional price or percentage. Your role is simple but requires real concentration: transcribe each sheet exactly as written, flag illegible sections for review, and return a neatly formatted spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine) by the agreed-upon day each week. Accuracy is paramount; even a single misplaced digit can distort my reports, so I’ll be running spot-checks to keep our data set pristine. I’ll provide scanned PDFs of the notes every Monday morning.
