The Solution & Project Achievements: • Automated Software Architecture: Engineered a 4-tab integrated Excel application consisting of a Master Database, an interactive Executive Dashboard, a Payment Ledger, and an automated Print Invoice template. • VBA Automation Engine: Programmed a custom "Generate Invoice" VBA Macro button that automates the invoice creation process, eliminating manual data copying and saving hours of weekly administrative work. • Financial Analytics & Tracking: Structured formulas to calculate critical school KPIs in real-time, including Total Expected Revenue, Total Fees Collected, and Total Outstanding Debt. • Executive Dashboard UI: Designed a clean, professional user interface featuring a dynamic Fees Collection Status pie chart to give school administrators an immediate, visual breakdown of financial health.
