Automated Partner Job Board Integration

I run a staffing website and need a dedicated job-board module that quietly signs in to several password-protected partner portals, extracts only their open job listings, and displays them on my own site. Each listing must appear under the correct job title, location, and industry so that candidates can filter results intuitively. Security and reliability are critical. The scraper (or API connector if credentials allow) has to log in with stored partner credentials, pull fresh data once every 24 hours, then overwrite or flag outdated posts so nobody sees stale roles. Partners use different layouts, so the solution will need flexible parsing rules or micro-adapters for each source. Key deliverables: • A backend process (script, plugin, or microservice) that authenticates, collects, and normalises job data daily. • Front-end components that slot neatly into my existing site theme, offering filters for Title, Location, and Industry. • An admin panel where I can add new partner credentials, trigger a manual sync, and view last-run logs. • Clear setup documentation plus brief hand-off call so I can manage future partners without code changes. Knowledge of secure web scraping, REST or GraphQL APIs, cron scheduling, PHP/Python/Node (I’m flexible), and responsive front-end display will be helpful.
