Sales Specialist Freelancer for Sneh World Programs

Sneh World is one of India’s leading personal development organisations, founded by Dr. Sneh Desai. We run live events and programs in personal growth, health coaching and business, and we are expanding our sales team.

The role

You will call interested participants who have already shown interest in our programs, guide them through the program, and help them enrol and complete their payment. This is relationship-based selling, not cold calling.

What you will do

Call leads provided by us and hold meaningful enrolment conversations Follow up consistently with every lead until they decide Build trust and bonding with clients, and handle objections with confidence Convert interested leads into full payments Update call outcomes and lead status daily, and follow the process we set What we are looking for Proven experience in sales, preferably telesales, inside sales or high-ticket sales Excellent spoken Hindi and English [Gujarati is a plus] Strong follow-up discipline and a results-driven mindset A comfortable, quiet working setup with a phone and a stable internet connection Ability to work with targets and daily accountability What you get Warm leads provided by us, so you do not have to find your own Training on our programs and sales process Performance-based earnings: [commission/incentive structure] Long-term work for consistent performers To apply, please share: Your sales experience and the kind of products you have sold Your average conversion rate or monthly sales numbers, if you track them Languages you can sell in Your availability and expected working hours Serious applicants only.
