Russian-Speaking E-commerce Sales Manager Needed

We are Shipping Station, a US-based logistics company located in Florida. We are looking for an experienced Russian-speaking freelance E-commerce Sales Manager to launch and grow sales of two established women's fashion brands on Amazon US and other suitable US marketplaces. Our product categories are: 1. Women's bras and lingerie — an established manufacturer's brand with significant sales volume potential. 2. Women's swimwear — a separate established manufacturer's brand. We have warehousing and fulfillment capabilities in Florida. We need a hands-on specialist with proven experience selling fashion, lingerie, or swimwear on Amazon US, including product listings, Amazon PPC advertising, pricing, sales optimization, and profitability management. Russian fluency is required. We prefer an individual freelancer rather than an agency. We are interested in long-term cooperation, potentially with fixed compensation plus performance-based bonuses.
