Infrastructure BIM Modeling in Revit

I am developing an infrastructure project and need a comprehensive BIM model built entirely in Autodesk Revit. The scope covers three key areas: • Site layout • Utilities (all underground and above-ground services) • Structural elements for the civil works I’m looking for a detailed-design level model that is ready for coordination with other disciplines and can serve as the basis for construction documentation later on. All geometry, families, and parameters should follow standard Revit best practices so clash detection and quantity take-offs run smoothly in Navisworks or comparable tools. Deliverables: 1. Revit model (.rvt) reflecting the full site, utility networks, and structural framework at detailed-design accuracy. 2. Linked views and sheets that clearly show plans, sections, and 3D perspectives for each scope area. 3. An export in IFC or NWC format for collaboration. Please keep model organization tidy with consistent naming conventions, reusable families, and logical worksets.
