Philippine Engineer: Commercial Pool Calculations Drawings

We already have the geometry of a new commercial reinforced-concrete swimming pool with an attached plunge pool for a resort in Bohol. We need a Philippine-licensed structural engineer to complete the structural design and produce signed and sealed drawings. The site is flood prone, so the design must consider full, partially full and empty-pool conditions, including high external groundwater, hydrostatic uplift and external soil pressure. Required work: • Structural calculations for slab, walls and shared wall • Wall and slab thickness verification • Reinforcement design and schedules • Uplift and flotation checks • Soil and groundwater pressure checks • Seismic considerations applicable to the site • Construction joint, waterstop and penetration details • Signed and sealed structural drawings suitable for permitting and construction The pool geometry is already fixed, so this is not a layout-design exercise. Please confirm that you are currently licensed in the Philippines and able to sign and seal the final drawings. Previous experience with reinforced-concrete pools or other water-retaining structures is preferred. Please provide your fee and estimated turnaround.
