Traditional Pool House Revit Design

I need a seasoned Revit architect to take my preliminary material and turn it into a fully resolved design package for a small pool house in Gironde, France (8 m × 4.95 m, max height 3.5 m). Project assets • A live Revit file already set up with our sheet templates, title blocks and view organization • Two DWG surveys: one topographic, one showing the newly registered property boundaries • A written scope, reference sketches, and a milestone calendar Key design brief The pool house must read as a traditional outbuilding that mirrors the main house rather than a modern pavilion. Internally it will contain a changing area with shower, a WC with storage, and it should extend to a covered outdoor seating zone facing the pool. While you model those spaces in detail, the adjoining pool, garden shed, terraces and circulation paths only need to be represented for context in the site plan. Primary tasks 1. Align both DWG surveys precisely with the metric coordinate system of the existing site model, update the topography, and place the pool and ancillary elements. 2. Develop the architectural model to LOD suitable for planning approval and contractor pricing, including walls, structure, roof, openings and key finishes. 3. Produce coordinated floor plans, elevations, sections, 3-D views, quantity schedules and any supporting technical sheets, all within the provided Revit template. Deliverables accepted when • All plans, elevations and sections read clearly at 1:50 and 1:20 scales and comply with French planning standards. • Dimensions, levels, material tags and annotations are consistent with the title block styles in the parent Revit file. • Schedules auto-update from the model and totals cross-check with the quantity take-off sheet. • The RVT file remains clean (no unused families or views) and ready for submission. I’m after someone who is comfortable working in English, familiar with French dossier conventions, and quick on coordination adjustments.
