AI Video / 3D Animation Developer Needed – Instagram Stories “Missão Ecoparque”

I am looking for a skilled AI video creator / 3D animator / motion designer to produce a 60-second vertical Instagram Stories video based on the attached concept and storyboard. The video will have a cinematic space/astronaut theme, combining AI-generated or 3D animation with real footage. Project Concept Title: “Missão Ecoparque” Format: Instagram Stories Vertical 9:16 Approximately 60 seconds Cinematic, high-quality visual style Portuguese dialogue and on-screen captions Designed primarily for viewers watching without sound Main Characters Commander Original astronaut character White astronaut suit Appearance can be inspired by the general visual characteristics of Elon Musk, but should not be an exact replica or deepfake Bento Friendly and expressive chimpanzee astronaut Orange astronaut suit Original character design Co-pilot of the mission Should have a consistent appearance throughout the video so the character can potentially be reused in future videos Storyboard Scene 1 – 0–7s Outer space, Earth in the background. The Commander repairs a satellite panel. Another astronaut is beside him, seen from behind. Scene 2 – 7–13s The astronaut turns around and reveals Bento. Bento says: “Olha, Comandante, as obras de infraestrutura do Bairro Ecoparque já estão prontas!” Scene 3 – 13–17s Close-up of the Commander looking suspicious. Commander: “Será? This scene will use real footage, which will be provided. Scene 8 – 45–53s Commander and Bento enter the spacecraft, remove their helmets and sit in the cockpit. The Commander enters the destination into the navigation system: RUMO AO ECOPARQUE – CASCAVEL/PR Bento presses the launch button and the spacecraft accelerates.
