Indonesian AI Model Review Experts Needed

QARaft is hiring native Indonesian speakers with fluent English proficiency for a remote AI training and model evaluation project. We are currently recruiting for two roles: 1. Project Manager The Project Manager will help coordinate the Indonesian team, communicate project updates, monitor work quality and attendance, answer contributor questions, and ensure tasks are completed according to project guidelines and deadlines.

Requirements

• Native Indonesian speaker • Fluent written and spoken English • Strong communication and team-management skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to understand and explain complex task instructions • Experience managing remote teams or AI-related projects is preferred • Reliable computer, headphones, and internet connection 2. AI Model Review Contributors Contributors will review and evaluate AI-generated content to support AI model training and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses, audio, or other assigned content • Follow evaluation guidelines carefully • Identify language, accuracy, relevance, and quality issues • Provide accurate ratings and written feedback • Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail • Complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe Requirements: • Native-level Indonesian language proficiency • Fluent written and spoken English • Strong listening and comprehension skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately • Good analytical and written feedback skills • Reliable computer and internet connection • Previous experience in AI evaluation, annotation, transcription, translation, or quality review is preferred but not required Contract and Payment Details • Remote contract opportunity • Flexible working schedule • Minimum working-hour requirements may apply based on the assigned role • Up to 12 working hours per day may be available, depending on task availability • Payment: $3–$6 per hour, depending on role, performance, and project requirements • Additional mission-completion and performance bonuses may be offered • Payments are processed weekly every Thursday for successfully completed and approved work • Payment begins after successful onboarding and project task activation Applicants must complete the onboarding process, follow all project instructions, maintain confidentiality, and independently submit original work.
