Ground plus 1 floor - Commercial Facade Detailing & BOQ

This is a commercial build, and I need complete exterior-facade documentation so construction can move directly from paper to site without guesswork. Scope I will provide the architectural concept plans; your task is to turn them into fully coordinated detail drawings for every façade element—windows & doors, wall cladding and roofing—using glass and metal as the primary materials. Alongside the drawings, I also need a Bill of Quantities with clear technical specifications. Deliverables • Detail drawings (DWG/PDF) that show profiles, fixing methods, sections, and material call-outs for: – Windows & doors – Wall cladding – Roofing • BOQ in Excel (or similar) listing item codes, descriptions, unit rates and totals, matched line-for-line to the drawings • Short specification sheet noting performance requirements, finishes and relevant standards for glass and metal work Acceptance Drawings must be to scale, clash-free, and ready for consultant sign-off. BOQ totals should reconcile with the drawing take-off quantities. All files need to open cleanly in AutoCAD (2020 or later) and Microsoft Excel.
