Mumbai Hospital MEPF Freelancer Needed

I am managing a multi-storey hospital project within the MMR region that is already in the construction phase. To keep the build running smoothly I need a Mumbai-based professional who can take full charge of every MEPF discipline—Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting—right on site. Your role will revolve around daily coordination with the civil team and specialty contractors, reviewing and refining shop drawings, resolving clashes before they reach the slab, and making sure all works stay aligned with IS standards, local fire norms and hospital-grade HVAC, power-backup and medical-gas requirements. I will count on you for prompt design clarifications, material / equipment approvals, concise progress notes, and punch-list closure so the site crew always has a clear path forward. Deliverables • Updated coordination drawings (CAD or BIM) issued weekly • Field inspection reports with photographic evidence • Log of RFIs and their resolutions • As-built mark-ups handed over at each floor hand-off If you are based in Mumbai, already familiar with hospital MEPF codes and can be on site at short notice, send across your profile, project highlights and earliest availability.
