Tally TDL Barcode Inventory System

I need a seasoned TDL developer to extend Tally with a full-fledged barcode inventory workflow. Within Tally, the solution must let me: • Generate barcodes directly from stock items, then format and print them on standard label sizes. • Scan those codes to post receipts, issues, transfers and adjustments so that stock levels update in real time. • View concise dashboards plus downloadable reports that summarise movement, valuation, fast-moving/slow-moving items and other basic analytics. Everything has to sit natively inside Tally ERP—no external middleware—so the code must follow best-practice TDL structure, be version-independent where possible, and come with clear setup instructions. I am open to suggestions on additional integrations or hardware recommendations if they simplify the flow, but the core deliverable is the compiled TCP file (and readable source) that I can load, test and run. Please outline your relevant TDL experience, any similar barcode work you have completed, and the timeline you would propose for a first test build and final hand-over.
