Daily Income Expense Tracker

I need a small application that lets me record every personal income and expense the moment it happens, then shows a running balance so I can see exactly where my money goes each day. The purpose is purely personal finance tracking, so the interface must stay simple enough for quick, on-the-go data entry yet reliable for long-term use. I have not fixed the platform; I’m happy to consider a mobile app, a lightweight web tool, or even a desktop build—whichever you can deliver most efficiently without sacrificing ease of use. Core functionality I expect: • Add, edit, and delete individual transactions with date, amount, short description, and a category tag • Automatic calculation of daily, weekly, and monthly totals • Search or filter by date range or category • Export to CSV or similar for my own backups If you can layer optional extras—such as simple charts, budget alerts, or multi-device sync—feel free to outline them separately; my immediate priority is fast, accurate entry and clear totals.
