Excel Procurement & Sales Dashboard

Project: Excel Procurement, Supplier & Retail Sales Dashboard I need an Excel expert to recreate and improve the supplied Google Sheets workbook for Arabian Auto Agency. It combines commercial vehicle superstructure procurement, supplier benchmarking, and equipment retail sales reporting in SAR. Scope covering all eight existing tabs: Dashboard: Executive overview with filters for superstructure type, model/capacity, and supplier; quotation comparison; supplier and quotation counts; lowest/average net prices; fastest delivery; and maximum discount. Include charts for supplier net purchase prices and delivery lead time versus savings. Quotations_Database: Maintain quotation IDs, equipment categories, models, capacities, technical specifications, compatible chassis, supplier details, quotation dates/validity, prices, discounts, net costs, delivery times, payment terms, and warranties. Superstructure Procurement Portal Dashboard: Review the separate supplier-linked Google Sheets canvas and agree its Excel equivalent. Its visual content needs verification before finalising the design. Supplier master—the tab currently named “`”: Organise supplier contacts, locations, regions, websites, specialisations, and approval status. Rename it clearly. Lookup_Engine: Rebuild the supporting calculations for dependent dropdowns, filtered quotations, offers ranked by net price, summary indicators, supplier averages/savings, and retail aggregations. Retail_Summary: Present monthly sales quantities, total units, net sales, revenue share, average selling price, trend sparklines, and volume profiles across 14 divisions/brands. The reference currently covers January–June. Sheet2: Incorporate the note that red-marked items should function as slicers. Implement working retail filters for financial year, quarter, reporting period, and division/brand. Procurement_Portal: Provide a searchable supplier directory with total supplier counts, Central/Eastern/Western regional breakdowns, and qualification status. Required improvements: Make filtered tables, KPI cards, and charts consistent; clearly distinguish overall benchmarks from filtered results. Replace fixed data ranges with expandable Excel tables, calculate quotation expiry status, and ensure new suppliers, quotations, and sales periods can be added easily. Deliverables: A polished, editable Excel workbook with working filters, automated calculations, linked charts, clear navigation, protected formula cells, and brief maintenance instructions. Verify totals, filter behaviour, and updates after adding new records. Confirm any export or external synchronisation requirements separately when quoting.
