1. Industrial Air Compressor Control Engineer – PLC Programming & System Integration (Hitachi Preferred) We are looking for an experienced Industrial Air Compressor Control Engineer / PLC Programmer to support the development and integration of control systems for industrial air compressors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial air compressor control systems, PLC programming, electrical control circuits, and communication between compressor controllers and external automation systems. Experience with Hitachi air compressors is highly preferred. Experience with other major brands, such as Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kobelco, and other industrial compressor manufacturers, is also welcome. 2. Required Technical Skills Candidates should have practical experience in: PLC programming and industrial automation. Industrial air compressor control systems. Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Digital/analog I/O configuration and troubleshooting. Industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP or other protocols supported by the target equipment. Integration of existing machine controllers with external PLCs or supervisory systems. Safe commissioning and troubleshooting of industrial equipment. Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or other PLC platforms is an advantage. 3. Preferred Experience – Hitachi Air Compressors Candidates with experience in Hitachi industrial air compressors will be given priority. Please specify: Hitachi compressor models or series you have worked with. Types of controllers and PLCs used. Whether you have modified existing control logic or integrated external control systems. Examples of start/stop control, operating status monitoring, alarm integration, or communication projects. Your experience with different compressor models and controller generations. Experience with other brands is acceptable if you can demonstrate relevant air compressor control expertise.
