Accurate, Fast Data Entry Support

I’m looking for a reliable pair of hands to get a backlog of information keyed in quickly and error-free. The source material ranges from spreadsheets that just need reorganising, through PDFs that require careful transcription, to occasional handwritten notes. Use whichever tool you work fastest in—Excel, Google Sheets or even your own custom interface is fine with me—so long as the final file is neat, consistently formatted and easy for me to filter and analyse. Throughout the job I’ll share small batches, check your first sample, then move on to larger sets once we’re both confident the conventions are clear. Deliverables • A clean, fully entered dataset in the agreed format • Basic validation (no blanks where values are expected, consistent date and number formats) • A short log noting any ambiguous entries or possible duplicates Accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable.
