# Civil Designer – Part-Time Freelance **Job Type:** Part-Time / Freelance **Work Mode:** Remote **Experience:** 3+ Years **Payment:** Per Project ### About the Role Vishri Dynamics is looking for an experienced **Civil Designer** to work with us on a part-time freelance basis for residential and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently preparing **2D floor plans, structural designs, and MEP designs** based on project requirements. ### Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed **2D floor plans** for residential and industrial projects. * Develop building layouts based on plot dimensions and client requirements. * Prepare **structural drawings and designs** as required for projects. * Prepare **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) designs/drawings**. * Make revisions based on client requirements and project changes. * Prepare accurate dimensions, annotations, layouts, and technical drawings. * Coordinate with the internal team regarding project requirements. * Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and delivered within the agreed timeline. * Maintain proper drawing standards and organized project files. * Handle multiple projects when required while maintaining quality and deadlines. ### Required Skills * 2D Floor Plan Design * Residential Building Design * Industrial Building Design * Structural Design * MEP Design * AutoCAD * Technical Drafting * Building Layout Planning * Understanding of construction drawings and dimensions ### Experience Requirements * **Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory.** * Candidates should have hands-on experience working on residential and/or industrial projects. * Ability to independently handle projects from requirements to final drawings is preferred. * A portfolio or samples of previous work are required. ### Language Requirements **Mandatory:** * Tamil * Hindi **Bonus:** * English * Telugu * Other regional languages ### Payment Structure This is a **project-based freelance position**. * Payment will be agreed **on a per-project basis** before the project begins. * The project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment will be discussed and finalized before assigning the project. * Payment will be based on **successful completion and delivery of the agreed project requirements**. * Candidates may receive regular projects based on project requirements and performance. ### Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: * Has **3+ years of practical experience** in civil design/drafting. * Can work independently with minimal supervision. * Has strong attention to detail. * Can understand client requirements and convert them into accurate drawings. * Can meet agreed project deadlines. * Is comfortable communicating with the team in Tamil and Hindi. * Can provide a portfolio/sample of previous civil design work.
