Vectorworks Volume Model from Point Cloud

I’ll give you a registered point-cloud and a floor plan of an apartment block and need it turned into a single, clean volume that I can open and edit in Vectorworks. Simple doors, windows, interior, no textures nor exterior —just an accurate interior envelope that respects the original scale and coordinates --> Important irregular and complex ceiling. You will deliver a Vectorworks-ready file (.vwx preferred, or another format I can import reliably) containing one manifold solid representing the apartment’s full geometry. Keep polygon count reasonable so the file remains light and easy to manipulate, and organise any layers or classes logically for quick editing. An accuracy tolerance of a few centimetres is fine; what matters most is that the model aligns with the cloud and drops straight into my existing Vectorworks workflow without extra clean-up. Please outline the software you’ll use to convert and simplify the scan (CloudCompare, Recap, Rhino, etc.) and your expected turnaround time. The point cloud and floor plan is ready to send as soon as we confirm.
