The goal is to build a high-quality candidate pipeline and present qualified candidates for our review.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the role requirements and candidate profile - Source potential candidates through appropriate professional channels - Review candidate profiles and resumes - Conduct initial candidate outreach - Ask agreed pre-screening questions - Assess candidates against the requirements we provide - Organize qualified candidates in a clear recruitment tracker - Provide concise candidate summaries - Coordinate initial interviews when requested - Keep the recruitment pipeline organized and up to date - Provide regular progress updates CANDIDATE QUALITY IS IMPORTANT We are not looking for a large quantity of unqualified applications. The focus should be on identifying candidates who genuinely match the required skills, experience, availability, and other agreed criteria.
