Camunda Workflow Optimization Sprint

I need a proven Camunda 8 specialist to tune up my running processes. The goal is clear: take the workflows I already have in production, uncover the bottlenecks and refactor them so they run faster, surface better analytics, and connect cleanly with the rest of the platform. Primary focus • We will be working on existing models rather than building from scratch, with Camunda Optimize as the main lever for insight and performance gains. • Within Tasklist, the pain point is integration with surrounding systems; I want assignments, hand-offs, and status updates to flow through our microservice landscape without manual intervention. What you’ll do 1. Audit the current BPMN and DMN models running on Zeebe, noting performance, incident patterns, and data gaps. 2. Design the Optimize dashboards, reports, and alerts that expose real-time KPIs important to stakeholders. 3. Refactor or extend Job Workers, Connectors, and REST APIs (Java / Spring Boot) to remove latency and improve traceability across services. 4. Package and deploy the changes in Docker/Kubernetes, verify in our cloud staging environment, and hand over a concise runbook. Acceptance criteria • All existing instances migrate or replay successfully. • Optimize shows agreed KPIs with <5 sec refresh. • Tasklist updates propagate to external systems within agreed SLA. • Code is pushed to our Git repo with unit tests and a short technical note.
