I am preparing to build a manual hand pallet truck and a manual stacker lift that can safely handle more than 2 tonnes. My workshop is fully equipped for fabrication; what I am missing is a complete, production-ready design package that I can release straight to the shop floor. The scope covers two pieces of equipment: • A heavy-duty manual hand pallet truck • A matching manual stacker lift Both units must share common components where practical to simplify sourcing and maintenance. The goal of this project is to create a complete production-ready design for local manufacturing in our workshop. Equipment to be Designed: 1. Hand Pallet Truck: Capacity 2.5 to 3 Tons. 2. Manual Hydraulic Stacker: Standard lifting heights and capacities. Key Requirements & Scope of Work: • 3D Modeling: Build complete 3D assemblies of the equipment using (SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor). • Manual Hydraulic Pump Design: The scope strictly includes designing the integrated lifting cylinder and manual oil pump assembly. This involves calculating piston diameters, specifying valves, and selecting proper oil seals to prevent leakage and ensure optimal lifting efficiency. • Motion Simulation: Conduct a full kinematic and dynamic motion simulation of the mechanisms and the pump to verify smooth movement and eliminate any part interference before manufacturing. • Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Perform stress and structural analysis on the chassis and forks to ensure an appropriate safety factor under maximum loads. Final Deliverables Required: 1. Original CAD Source Files. 2. Complete 2D Shop Drawings with clear dimensions, tolerances, welding symbols, and machining notes. 3. CNC Cutting Files (DXF / DWG) for laser/plasma cutting. 4. Comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) detailing steel profiles, hardware, wheels, and seal kits. 5. High-quality animation video showing the full motion simulation of the mechanisms.
