Maintenance Tracking Dashboard Build

I need a single, easy-to-read dashboard that keeps my website maintenance under full control. The board should let me log every bug fix, schedule and confirm all updates or upgrades, and automatically watch uptime so I always know when a site slips. If a service such as Pingdom, UptimeRobot, or a server-side API can feed live status into the view, that’s ideal, but I’m open to your preferred stack—whether it’s a custom web app, Airtable, Notion, or another lightweight solution that can scale as my portfolio grows. Core functions I must see working: • Ticketing or simple input form for new bugs with status tracking through to resolution • Calendar or timeline that shows upcoming plugin/CMS updates and a record of completed ones • Real-time (or near real-time) uptime monitor with clear red/green indicators and alert routing to email or Slack • At-a-glance summary panel so I can spot overdue items instantly and export a periodic report (CSV or PDF) Deliver the full workspace, any necessary scripts or automations, and a short user guide.
