Word Report Data Entry

I have several existing Word files that need to be re-entered and consolidated into a single, polished report. Accuracy is critical: every paragraph, heading, and piece of data must move over exactly as written, with no omissions or typos. The finished report has to stay in Microsoft Word format because I’ll be making ongoing edits in Office 365. Beyond straight transcription, I also need you to lay out the information so it reads like a professional report. Wherever the source documents include structured data, convert it into clean, well-labeled tables, and when figures or trends are mentioned, represent them with simple, embedded Word charts. I’m not looking for graphic-design flair—just tidy, consistent formatting that makes the content easy to follow. Deliverable: • A single Word (.docx) file that compiles all provided text, organised logically, and includes the required tables and charts. I will supply the source documents as soon as we start. If you’re fluent in Microsoft Word and comfortable building tables and basic charts directly inside it, this should be straightforward work.
