Customer Service & Beauty Outreach Specialist

Customer Service & Outreach Representative – Royal Hair Royal Hair is looking for a professional, reliable, and personable Customer Service & Outreach Representative to support our growing hair and beauty business. This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing customers while also helping us build relationships with new customers, salons, and beauty professionals.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming Royal Hair customer calls in a friendly and professional manner * Assist customers with general questions, products, orders, and other customer-service needs * Follow up with previous customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase * Ask satisfied customers to leave reviews * Request customer photos and/or videos that may be used as testimonials or promotional content * Reach out to potential new customers * Contact salons, hairstylists, and beauty professionals to introduce Royal Hair and build new relationships * Follow up with prospective customers and leads * Maintain organized notes and records of customer interactions and follow-ups * Use our technology, AI tools, and communication systems to assist with daily tasks Requirements * Professional and fluent English is required * Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone * Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers * Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls * Basic computer and technology skills * Some experience or familiarity with AI tools * Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for calls * Strong organization and follow-up skills * Dependable and able to work independently Preferred, But Not Required Experience or knowledge of the hair, beauty, salon, wig, or hair-extension industry is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to teach the right person about our products and industry. Who We’re Looking For We want someone who doesn’t simply answer the phone.
