Industrial PCB Design

I need a seasoned PCB designer to review industrial schematic designs for a production-ready board that will live inside a multi-card chassis exposed to wide temperature swings, moisture, heavy vibration, high voltages and fast transients. The board carries both power and control circuitry, so careful layer-stack planning, controlled impedance traces and generous creepage/clearance are essential. All routing decisions must anticipate repeated surge events and stringent noise immunity requirements. Compliance targets are IEC safety and EMC directives, including surge, EFT and radiated/conducted emissions immunity. Please incorporate best-practice filtering, shielding, ground referencing and any layout techniques that ease eventual lab certification. I’m flexible on connector style; bring recommendations that balance robustness, ease of field service and space constraints. Tool choice can be Altium Designer. When finished I will need: • Native design files and locked schematic • Gerbers, ODB++, drill and IPC-356 netlist • Full BOM with manufacturer part numbers and alternates • Assembly drawing, 3-D step model and stack-up documentation • Brief compliance rationale outlining how IEC and EMI/EMC guidelines were met I’ll review interim PDFs or 3-D renders as we go, then sign off once the board passes a final design rule/clearance check and your own ERC/DRC reports show zero errors.
