I’m building a web-based copilot that can shoulder every logistical detail of a trip, from the first spark of an idea to the last calendar reminder. The agent must fluently handle search, reasoning and transactional tasks in one seamless flow: suggesting where to go, mapping out days, reserving everything, then keeping my schedule tidy. Platform • Primary interface: modern, responsive web app (desktop & mobile-friendly). Core planning intelligence • Itinerary creation that adapts in real time to user preferences, time constraints and budget caps. • Destination recommendations generated through data-driven insights and conversational AI. • Travel budget management with live price tracking and clear cost breakdowns. Booking automation • Flight booking • Hotel booking • Car-rental booking In addition, the agent must schedule meetings, secure restaurant reservations and sync the full agenda to Google Calendar / Outlook without clashes. Key expectations – Natural-language chat powered by GPT-style LLM or similar. – Secure integration with major GDS / OTA APIs plus OpenTable (or equivalent) for restaurants. – Calendar read/write and conflict detection. – Transparent error handling so the user always knows what succeeded or needs attention. – Clean, maintainable codebase, documented and deployable on a mainstream cloud stack. Delivery criteria 1. Working web application hosted on a test environment. 2. Source code with setup instructions. 3. Short demo video or live walkthrough proving the agent can: • propose an itinerary, • book a flight + hotel + car on sandbox endpoints, • reserve a restaurant, • add all events to a calendar.
