Electric Incinerating Commode Designer Needed

I want a 3D Design Expert Mechanical / Electrical Engineer who has Experience in designing in Motorized wheel chair or electric Medical Bed. I want to design Electric Incinerating Commode. It shall burn feces and extract smoke and gases using Exhaust fan. there shall be fresh-air inlet as well from outside. There shall be Sprinkler mist in the Cover to spray soap liquid before use. Lid shall be motorized and open automatically when person approached to use it. Height of WC shall be adjustable. I need 1.5inch round pipe and 1.5inch square pipe design models. I have attached competing product design manuals for you to understand the idea and scope. I need complete 3D model for each part mentioned in the Manuals and than a complete Model by gathering all items together. I need 2D design sheets for workshop workers to follow to complete the Frame work and Sheetmetal work. I need list of the items you used as reference to make this with manufacturer model numbers so that we could see if exact dimensions are used or not. READ the Description Carefully and understand Scope of Work fully before you submit offer. So you need to provide 3D model drawings and 2d drawings with all dimensions. all nuts and bolts and other accessories. If exhaust fan is shown, it internal blades and its sizes shall be shown in detail with dimensions.
