Chlorination Plant Layout & Diagrams

I’m developing a new chlorination section for an existing chemical plant and need a seasoned process engineer who specialises in chlorination design. My immediate focus is the design stage—specifically the equipment layout—so I can confidently move on to procurement and construction. Here’s where you come in: • Translate my high-level process requirements into a practical, safety-compliant equipment arrangement. • Update the process flow diagrams I already have while also generating any completely new diagrams the project demands. • Ensure all layouts integrate best-practice safety distances, material compatibility, and maintenance access for chlorination systems (towers, scrubbers, pumps, storage, dosing lines, analyzers, etc.). • Flag any bottlenecks or code violations early so I can resolve them before locking the layout. Deliverables I expect: 1. A detailed equipment layout drawing (native CAD file + PDF) showing elevations, tie-ins, utilities, and clearances. 2. Revised versions of my existing PFDs with change-tracking. 3. New PFDs for any additional process steps we identify. 4. A brief design note summarising key assumptions, safety considerations, and recommended next steps. I’m ready to supply current PFDs, design specifications, and plant constraints as soon as we start.
