Legal Counsel (2-3 PQE) – Investment Funds & Corporate

We are partnering with an established investment firm to appoint a Legal Counsel to join its Singapore-based legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to move into a broad in-house role covering a combination of investment funds, fundraising, corporate transactions and general commercial matters . The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Legal , senior investment professionals and other stakeholders across the business.
