What You Will Be Doing

 - Receive and prioritise maintenance requests from tenants  and property teams. - Create job cards and coordinate reactive and planned   maintenance. - Obtain quotations and allocate work to approved contractors. - Follow up continuously until repairs are completed and   verified. - Coordinate emergency repairs and dispatch contractors  when required. - Process contractor and supplier invoices. - Assist with tenant recoveries and insurance claims, including bu…
