Cross-Platform Learning-Focused App Build

I’m ready to turn my wire-frames and feature list into a real, installable mobile app that runs on both iOS and Android from a single codebase. Because my main goal is personal learning, I want every part of the project to be structured so I can study and extend it later. Framework I’m open to whichever stack will give me the most “learning and benefit.” If you’re equally comfortable with Flutter, React Native, or any modern alternative, let me know which you’d recommend and why before we start. Scope of the first release • On-device sign-up / log-in flow (email + password) • All core screens from my wire-frames (I’ll share them once we kick off) • Push notification integration and a simple test message to prove end-to-end delivery Code quality & architecture Clean, well-commented code is non-negotiable. Please apply a sensible state-management pattern (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Redux, or similar) and keep the folder structure intuitive so I can trace data flow later. A brief README explaining how to run the project locally will be appreciated. Milestone builds At the end of each milestone, send me signed builds (TestFlight .ipa and Google Play .apk or .aab) so I can install and test on real devices straight away. Acceptance criteria 1. I can compile the project on my own machine with the steps in your README. 2. Both iOS and Android builds install and launch without errors. 3. Sign-up, core navigation, and push notifications function as described in the feature list. 4. Code passes basic linting and uses the agreed state-management approach consistently.
